There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Yes. At least 48 hours' notice is required to avoid a late-cancellation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when the required notice is given.
