APPOINTMENT TIMING

Please plan to be at the salon for at least 2+ hours, as appointment times may vary depending on your hair's condition and the service booked.

To avoid feeling rushed, we recommend not scheduling other commitments too close to your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

HOW TO PREP YOUR HAIR

To ensure the best results, please follow these preparation instructions carefully:

• Hair must be clean, dry, and worn down at the time of your appointment.

• Arrive with no products in your hair, including gels, creams, oils, or butters.

• Do not arrive in protective styles, including braids, twists, buns, ponytails, or hats. These can stretch or alter your curl pattern and prevent an accurate curly cut.

• Hair should be in its most natural state with curls fully detangled.

Important: Clients must arrive with their hair properly prepared. If your hair is not prepared as instructed, a $40+ fee will be added for the additional time required. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

All appointments are time-sensitive, and arriving late affects clients scheduled after you.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Clients who no-show may also be restricted from booking future appointments.

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable.

However, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment when the required notice is provided.
