Before You Book.

Arrive with your hair clean, dry, fully detangled and worn down in its natural curl pattern, with no gels, creams, oils or butters. Avoid braids, twists, buns, ponytails, hats or other styles that alter the natural curl pattern.

Sakile recommends allowing at least three hours, although appointment times can vary depending on your hair and the service booked.

There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Yes. At least 48 hours' notice is required to avoid a late-cancellation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when the required notice is given.
